This app is fast, user-friendly and secure. I can easily check balances, transfer funds, pay bills and manage my accounts anytime anywhere. The interface is clean and intuitive and transactions are processed smoothly. Great job to the developers—definitely one of the best banking apps out there!

Mobile Banking (July 2025)

Approved in less than a minute at their Megamall booth. I was expecting after 30 mins pa as advertised. Wala lang na-amaze lang ako coz my 2 other cards are less than a year pa lang. They gave me this temp card, just waiting for my real card na lang.

The MyCBC app is a big improvement from the old Chinabank app. Clean interface smooth login with biometrics and fast fund transfersbill payments. Mobile check deposit is a huge plus. Overall reliable and convenient.

Allow me to commend MR. JAY as he is fondly called for the excellent service he and his team have afforded me. Mr. Jay always has a ready smile and very charming when he deals with bank clients. He makes sure that every client is attended to promptly.
 
Im in Frankfurt, Germany now as I write this commendation and Ive been using my CBC credit and debit cards. No hassle ha. It makes me feel good that ChinaBank has super upgraded its services.
