1. Select “Pay or Transfer” from the post-login menu
2. Select “To Other” and tap “Pay to Mobile (JUMP)”
3. Tap “Pay to Mobile”
4. Provide the required details*
5. Select the preferred receive mode option and create a passcode:
      ATM – create a 6-digit numeric passcode
      Deposit to Account – create a 5 to 8 alphanumeric passcode
     *If the preferred receive mode option is ATM, the amount should be divisible by 100
6. Review and confirm the details of your transaction and tap “Confirm”
7. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number
 
A confirmation of your successful Pay to Mobile (JUMP) will be displayed.
Inform your payee of your nominated passcode which they will be using to get cash from any Chinabank ATM.

1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap on "Pay to Cash"
3. Tap "Add Payee"
4. Select mode of payment and enter your payee's  details
5. Review and confirm the details of your transaction
6. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number

A confirmation message will be displayed containing the status of enrollment and payee details. Your payee will be added in your Pay to Cash payee list.
Both you and your payee will receive an SMS sent to your registered mobile numbers, containing the status and reference number of the transaction.

1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap on "Pay to Cash"
3. Choose a payee from your list
4. Provide the required details and tap Next
5. Review and confirm the details of your transaction
6. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number

A confirmation message will be displayed containing the transaction details and the status of the transaction. You may tap "Add to One-Click Pay to Cash" to easily make the same transaction next time

1. Receiver will get (2) text messages from CBC_Mobile and CBC_JMP_NOW that contains a JUMP reference number and One-Time PIN respectively. 
2. At any Chinabank ATM, press Enter key to enable cordless transaction and select JUMP (Just Use your Mobile Phone)
3. Enter your JUMP reference number and select CORRECT
4. Enter the 6-digit passcode (shared by the sender)
5. Enter the One-Time PIN (SMS) received on your mobile phone
6. Get cash and receipt from the ATM
