1. Select Payment from the main menu, then select the type of bill
2. Choose the biller from the list, then select the account to be debited
3. Enter the biller’s account number and tap Yes to confirm
4. Enter the desired amount and tap Yes to confirm

Note: Bills Payment via the ATM is FREE of service charge.

1. Select Transfer from the main menu then select Other Account
2. Select the bank where you would like to transfer money to then select Yes to proceed
3. Input the bank account number, amount to transfer, then select the account to be debited

3. Input the bank account number, amount to transfer, then select the account to be debited

Transfers to Chinabank accounts are FREE. 
InstaPay transfer has a service charge of Php 12.

2. Select Autosweep then choose yes to proceed
3. Input your Autosweep RFID number, enter the amount, and select the account to be debited

1. Select Top-up / Load from the Main Menu then select Beep Balance
2. At the Tap and Hold screen, select Continue
3. Once you hear the tone, tap and hold your beep card at the beep card sticker located near the PIN pad area
4. Hold your beep card until the transaction completion screen is displayed.

1. Select Top-up / Load from the Main Menu then select Beep reload
2. Enter desired amount you want to load
3. From your list of accounts, select which account is to be debited
4. At the Tap and Hold screen, select Continue
5. Once you hear the tone, tap and hold your beep card at the beep card sticker located near the PIN pad area
6. Hold your beep card until the transaction completion screen is displayed.

Note: Beep Card reloading is now available in 96 Chinabank ATMs. 

1. Select Top-up / Load from the main menu then choose Prepaid
2. Select a prepaid provider from the list 
3. Input your the prepaid number, enter the amount, and select the account to be debited

Beep balance, Beep reload and Prepaid reload are free of charge.
Autosweep RFID reload has service charge of Php 10.

1. Select change PIN from the main menu
2. Enter your New PIN then re-enter your New PIN

Your nominated PIN should not be the same as the existing PIN.

Reset of your ATM PIN maybe done via the Chinabank Mobile App or your branch of account. To reset your PIN via the Chinabank Mobile App, follow these steps: 

1. Select Account Services from the post log-in menu
2. Tap Reset ATM PIN then choose the card to reset
3. Conform the selected card then enter the OTP

Your temporary PIN will be sent to your registered email address. Please proceed to any Chinabank ATM for the PIN change.

3. Input amount or Select amount desired
