No. You can only cancel an existing transaction and create a new one. 

You will be notified via SMS when your Pay to Cash transaction is successful. 

You may also check the status of your transaction by doing these steps: 

  1. Go to "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu 
  2. Select "To Other" and tap "Pay to Cash" to view the transaction and its status 

Cash Pick-up 

The amount is already available for payout as soon as you receive an email and SMS confirmation. You may already provide the reference number to your receiver. He/She must present the reference number, together with a valid ID when claiming the funds. 

 

For Cancelled, Failed, and Expired transactions, the transaction amount will be automatically reversed. However, transaction fees will not be reversed or refunded. In case the Transaction Amount was not reversed, you may call our Customer Contact Center at (632) 888-55-888. 

You can make up to 100 Pay to Cash transactions in a day, as long as you haven't reached the daily limit of Php200,000.00 and Php300,000.00, respectively. 

Your receiver may claim the funds from any partner outlet within 90 days. 

If the funds remain unclaimed after the 90-day period, it will be credited back to your account. However, the service fee will not be reimbursed. 

Yes. Your payee may check the status of the transaction by downloading the Chinabank Mobile App. Here’s how: 

  1. Select “Remit Status Inquiry” from the home screen menu. 
  2. Enter the reference number 

The bank’s prevailing rate on the day of the transaction will be applied. 

Your transaction will not be processed and the status will be "Failed". You may fund your account and create another Pay to Cash transaction.
