How to Pay with Digital Payments

Via XendIt Philippines

1. Upon check-out from our partner merchant’s website or mobile app, select “Direct Debit” as the mode of payment, then choose Chinabank.
2. Log in using your Chinabank Mobile credentials on the Chinabank authentication page.
   If you have multiple enrolled accounts in the app, you will be prompted to select the account you wish to pay from.
3. Enter the one-time PIN (OTP) to confirm payment.
   A confirmation screen will appear on the merchant’s website or mobile app with the details of your successful transaction.
   
   

Via Dragon Pay

1. Upon check-out from our partner merchant’s website or mobile app, select DragonPay as the mode of payment, then choose “Chinabank Mobile Banking”.
2. Log in using your Chinabank Mobile credentials on the Chinabank authentication page.
   If you have multiple enrolled accounts in the app, you will be prompted to select the account you wish to pay from.
3. Enter the one-time PIN (OTP) to confirm payment.
