  1. Go to “My Accounts” from the post-login menu and tap “Add Account” 
  2. Select the account/s or credit card you want to add then tap “Confirm” 
  3. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number 


  1. Go to “Account Services”
  2. Select “Link a Mobile Number or Email”
  3. Select an account to link to your mobile number or email address 
  4. Nominate a Nickname and tap “Proceed”
  5. Review the details and tap “Confirm” 
  6. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number 

A confirmation message will be displayed. You may now simply provide your mobile number or email address to your sender. 

You can only link one account to an email address or mobile number.

Note: This service is applicable to accountholders of BPI, Chinabank, China Bank Savings, RCBC, Rural Bank of Guinobatan/Asenso, UnionBank, Komo, and Bank of China who have linked their account to a mobile number or email address.

  1. Go to “Account Services” from the post-login menu 
  2. Select "Manage Scheduled Transaction" then select the type of scheduled transaction you want to view 
  3. Swipe left and tap "Cancel this transaction", then tap "Yes" 

A confirmation message will be displayed. Once cancellation request is confirmed, the status of the transaction will be changed from "Active" to "Cancelled". 

 

  1. Go to “Account Services” from the post-login menu and tap “Manage Checkbook” 
  2. Select the “Request” tab 
  3. Fill out the necessary details and tap “Next” 
  4. Select your source account and check type (personal or corporate), then indicate the quantity 
  5. Choose your pick-up type (pick-up by owner or authorized representative) 
  1. Go to “Account Services” from the post-login menu and tap “Reset ATM PIN” 
  2. Select the card you want to reset and tap “Next” 
  3. Tap “Confirm” and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number 
  1. Go to “Account Services” from the post-login menu and tap “Suspend Card” 
  2. Select the card you want to suspend and tap “Next” 
  3. Tap “Confirm” and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number 

The temporary PIN will be sent to your registered email address. Kindly note that the temporary PIN will expire after 24 hours. 

  1. Go to “Account Services” from the post-login menu and tap “Internet Banking Password Reset” 
  2. Select the password you want to reset and tap “Next” 
  3. Tap “Confirm” and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number 

The temporary password will be sent to your registered email address.
