Your temporary PIN is valid for 24 hours only. 

Yes, however kindly take note that your representative needs to bring an Authorization Letter and his/her valid ID to pick up your checkbook. 


You will be charged Php250.00 for every Personal Checkbook and Php500.00 for Corporate Checkbook.  


No. If you want to cancel your Checkbook order request, coordinate with your branch of account. 

Yes, editing the account nickname is allowed. Simply follow these steps: 

  1. Go to “My Accounts” from the post-login menu 
  2. Swipe left on the selected account and tap “Edit” 
  3. Input your preferred nickname and tap “Confirm” 

If you don’t see your other accounts after tapping on “Add Account”, you may call our Customer Contact Center at (632) 888-55-888 or coordinate with your branch of account. 

Suspended cards can't be reactivated. You may request for a replacement card from the branch.
