You may choose to pre-pay or pre-terminate your loan anytime, without any charges or fee. If you choose to pre-terminate the loan, the interest that will be collected will be up until the day you fully-pay the loan. In accordance with the Debit Authority you signed, your last pay will be remitted to China Bank to effect partial or full payment of the loan. If insufficient, your account may be converted to a regular personal loan and interest rate will be adjusted to the prevailing commercial interest rate subject to the bank’s review and approval.
