1. Select My Account then tap UITF Account
2. Select the UITF variant that you would like to view
The amount displayed is the product of your outstanding number of units multiplied by the latest NAVPu. To find more details about your UITF investment, such as the Unrealized Gain, or Return on Investment (ROI), just click on the specific UITF variant.
To subscribe to more units, follow these steps:
1. Select My Account from the post log-in menu
2. Select the UITF account and tap the variant that you want to add more units to
3. Select a source account where additional investment amount will be debited
4. Confirm your subscription and input the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
You will then receive confirmations for your subscription in the China Bank Mobile App, registered mobile number and email account.
The minimum amount to invest is PHP1,000 for Peso-denominated UITFs while $100 for Dollar-denominated UITFs.
Your subscription order after the 12noon (PST) cut-off, on weekends, or holidays will be posted on the next banking day.
Note though that your selected Savings/ Checking Account will be debited as soon as the OTP is submitted in the China Bank Mobile App.

To redeem, follow these steps:
1. Select My Account from the post log-in menu then tap UITF account
2. Select the variant that you want to redeem or redeem from
3. Choose the Savings/ Checking Account where the proceeds will be credited
4. Confirm your redemption by inputting the OTP sent to your registered number.
You will then receive confirmations for your redemption in the China Bank Mobile App, registered mobile number and email account.
There are two modes of redeeming, partial or full.
In partial redemption, you can select amount or number of units.
For Amount, the inputted amount should not result in the remaining fund value to fall below the minimum maintaining balance.
For Units, the inputted number of units should not result in the equivalent fund value to fall below the minimum maintaining balance.
Note: Should the applicable NAVPu on Redeem Order Date be lower than the NAVPu on Redeem Date in the China Bank Mobile App, and will result in the remaining fund value to fall below the minimum maintaining balance, your outstanding number of units will be fully redeemed.
In full redemption, the number of outstanding units will be automatically displayed.
Final redemption proceeds are computed based on the applicable end-of-day NAVPu for the chosen Fund Type. The market value of your UITF reflected in the China Bank Mobile App is based on the latest available NAVPu as of the date indicated.

No. The UITF account will remain open until there are no units subscribed for at least ninety (90) days.
A specific lot cannot be redeemed as the redemption process follows a First-In, First-Out (FI-FO) Methodology.
There is an Early Redemption Fee that will be subtracted from your redemption proceeds. Please check our UITF pages to find out about the Early Redemption Fees which varies depending on the UITF variant.
You may use the Mini Statement and Transaction History to view your previous UITF subscriptions/redemptions.
UITF Statements/Advices for subscriptions and redemptions done in the China Bank Mobile App will be sent to the registered email address in the mobile app. For security purposes, China Bank will only send password-protected UITF Statements.
To update your registered email address, please go to your nearest China Bank Branch and duly accomplish a Trust Instruction Sheet. We shall effect the change within three (3) banking days.
Your request to remove account is subject to review. Kindly check your China Bank Mobile App after 24 hours (or next banking day) to check the status of your request.
There are NO transaction charges when making UITF subscription/redemptions.
