Chinabank Online

It is the internet banking channel of Chinabank that enables banking transactions through a personal computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.         

You can enroll and access the following accounts on Chinabank Online: 

  • Deposit accounts (i.e., ATM Savings, China Check Plus, Money Plus Savings, and USD/EUR/CNY Savings) 
  • Loan Accounts (i.e., Auto Plus, Home Plus) 
  • Term Deposit/Investment Accounts (e.g., Diamond Savings Account) 
  • Trust Accounts (i.e., UITF) 

Joint "OR" accounts are eligible for enrollment. Both parties can enroll separately and will be given separate access to the account. Joint "and" accounts are prohibited from enrolling to Chinabank Online.                                                                                                     

After filling out the enrollment form in your branch of account, kindly expect to receive your user ID and temporary password in your registered email address within 3 banking days. 

You can enroll your other accounts through the Service Request function on Chinabank Online or by filling out the Access to Alternative Channels form at your branch of account. 

Sole proprietorship accounts are not eligible for enrollment to Chinabank Online – Personal Banking. However, Sole Proprietorship accounts can be enrolled under Chinabank Online – Corporate Banking. 

You need to enroll the account separately in Chinabank Online through the Service Request function or by going to a branch and filling out the Access to Alternative Channels form.   

Your Chinabank Online account will still be active. There is no need for re-enrollment.   

You will be asked to visit the branch to give a new set of preferred Login User IDs.  

  1. Click on the “Scheduled Transactions” link found on the Transactions Menu 
  2. Choose transaction to be cancelled and click “Delete” 
  3. Enter your User ID and transaction password to confirm                          

Forex Sale under the transaction menu is available from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. 

Yes, transactions for the day will be displayed in Current Day and Mini-Statement even on weekends and holidays. However, said transactions will be processed on the following banking day. 

You can view the exchange rate for the day by clicking on the “Get Transfer Rate” button. 

The two-password requirement prevents other people from accessing your accounts and making transactions without your consent. Remember to always keep your passwords secure. Do not divulge them to others or keep a copy where they may be easily lost or stolen.          

No. You can choose which password to reset or to have replaced. The corresponding password mailer will be sent to the branch for you to pick up. 

Changing your enrolled Chinabank Online User ID would entail deleting your current Chinabank Online account and re-enrollment to the system. To re-enroll, you may visit your branch of account and fill out the application form, indicating your new preferred User ID.   

You may call our Customer Contact Center at (632) 888-55-888 or visit your branch of account and ask to retrieve your registered User ID. 

You can always change or update your registered Security Questions. Simply follow these steps: 

  1. Go to "My Profile" and select "Set Security Questions" from the list of options available 
  2. Select at least two (2) Security Questions 
  3. Provide the answers to the selected questions and click "Register" 

 

You can go to your branch of account to confirm or update your registered email address.                                                                 

You are given three (3) tries to enter the correct password. You will be locked out of your account if you fail to enter the correct password after three (3) consecutive attempts. You may unlock your account by doing the following: 

  1. Click on "Forgot Password" 
  2. Provide your user ID and registered email address 
  3. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number 
  4. A temporary password will be sent to your registered email address 
  5. Log in again using the temporary password 

You will be asked to change your password. Enter the temporary password again, and then nominate a new password. 

For added security, the system automatically logs off if your online session is idle for fifteen minutes. 

You can close your Chinabank Online account by filling out the Access to Alternative Channels form at your branch of account.
