    A sender can send remittance transactions to the Philippines via Xpress Money client locations spread across the globe.

  4. What are the different Chinabank remittance modes of payment when sending remittance through Xpress Money?
    The different remittance modes of payment are:
    • Credit to any Chinabank Accounts; and
    • Credit to Other Philippine Bank Accounts (Including e-Wallets)

  6. Will the receiver of a remittance get notified?
    Yes, if the receiver provided a valid mobile number, he/she will receive an SMS notification from Chinabank once the remittance has already been credited to a Chinabank account or sent to the beneficiary’s bank.

  7. Where can the remitter check the status of his/her remittance?
    The remittance status can be checked through Chinabank’s website https://www.chinabank.ph/remittance-tracker or the Chinabank mobile app.

  8. How fast will my remittance be available?
    A remittance sent through Xpress Money can be received by your beneficiary within 24 hours from the time Chinabank receives the remittance transaction from Xpress Money. However, credits to other bank accounts for transactions exceeding Php50,000.00 will be processed on the next banking day.
