Win up to P100,000 SM Gift Pass at SM Store

Promo Mechanics

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
 
2. To join the promotion, cardholder must tap a valid Chinabank Mastercard for a minimum Php 5,000 single-receipt straight and installment purchase at any SM Store branch nationwide.
 
3. Valid for in-store and Personal Shopper card-present transactions.
 
4. A minimum Php 5,000 single-receipt purchase (straight or installment transaction) at any SM Store branch nationwide gives the cardholder a chance to instantly win P100,000 or P5,000 SM Gift Pass.
 
5. There will be 100 winners of P100,000 worth of SM Gift pass and 1,000 winners of P5,000 SM Gift Pass nationwide.
 
6. Winners of P100,000 may shop within the scheduled shopping day.
 
7. Promo period is until December 31, 2024. Redemption of prizes is until February 28, 2025.
 
8. Upon completing the minimum single-receipt transaction of P5,000 using the Chinabank Mastercard, if the customer won: a winning stub will be generated after the qualified tape receipt indicating which prize the customer has won P100,000 or P5,000 worth of SM Gift Pass.
 
9. Promotion is only available in SM Store. Transactions made in other SM Retail Affiliates are not qualified to join the promo and win any prize.
 
10. Prize is non-convertible to cash.
 
11. Purchase of cell cards, phone cards, SM Gift Cards, SM Gift Pass, Concert Tickets, Returns, Bills Payment Products, and other products at the Customer Service Counter are not qualified for this promotion.
 
12. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption.
 
13. How to claim the prize:
  • For Instore Transactions – winner (Cardholder) must present the following documents at the Customer Service Counter (BCO) of the SM Store where the transaction was made. Customer Service Management must verify the wining transaction prior to awarding of prizes to the cardholder:
    • Original Winning Transaction Receipt
    • Original Winning Charge Slip
    • Original Winning Stub
    • Winning Mastercard Card Used
    • Valid ID
  • For Personal Shopper Transactions – SM Store Branch rider/ designated driver will release/ deliver the Prize to the winner.
    • If Authorized representative will claim the prize, the following must be presented.
      • Original/ Photocopy Valid ID of the winner
      • Original Winning Transaction Receipt
      • Original Winning Stub
      • Original Winning Charge Slip
14. Winner must surrender and sign the original winning stub.
 
15. Cardholder can only claim his/ her Prize at the same branch of the SM Store where transaction was made.
 
16. SM Store and Mastercard will not replace lost or damaged prizes caused by the winner (cardholder).
 
17. SM Store and Mastercard Philippines reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.
 
18. Employees of SM Store, SM Retail Inc., Mastercard, and its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.

*Good Credit Standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
