PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. The Promo is available from August 14-17, 2025.
3. Cardholders are entitled to a P100 Cashback when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (‘Credit Card”) for payment at Watsons, subject to the following conditions:
• Offer will be applicable for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P2,000.
• Offer is applicable to both in-store and online (Watsons app/ website) transactions.
• Cashback can only be availed once per cardholder during the promo period.
• Cashback is applicable for straight transactions only.
• Cardholders are also entitled to up to 50% OFF on a wide range of products and Buy 1 Take 1 deals.
4. The minimum purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts.
5. The promo is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts and promotions unless specified.
6. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
7. The offer is not transferable and cannot be converted to other items such as, but not limited to, cash or gift certificates.
8. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of product/services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Watsons.
9. In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
