Promo Mechanics:

 

1. The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders whose

      accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing* and Chinabank Debit Cardholders whose accounts are active and with sufficient balance.

2. The Promo Period is from May 25 to July 25, 2025

3. Cardholders are entitled to 20% OFF on à la carte items (excluding Yum Cha selections) at Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise when they use their Chinabank Credit and

      Debit Card for payment.

4. For a minimum single receipt spend of 5,000, Cardholders will receive a complimentary dim sum platter gift certificate redeemable on their next visit and not convertible

      to cash.

5. Guests using Chinabank Credit or Debit Card will receive a 500 voucher for a minimum spend of 2,000, redeemable on their next visit and not convertible to cash.

6. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit or Debit Card to pay their total bill to avail of the offer/s.
7. The offer is valid daily for dine-in transactions only.
8. The offer is valid at Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise only.
9. Hilton Honors membership is required to redeem all offers. Guests may enroll for free online or on-site.
10. The offer/s is non-transferable and are not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
11. The offer/s is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, promotions, packages, corporate rates, and conference
       /group bookings.
12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the
       discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit and Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
14. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and
       Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise only.
15. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
16. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
