PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Mastercard Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from April 1, 2025 – May 31, 2025.
3. Cardholders are entitled to 15% OFF on VMV Hypoallergenics Products for a minimum single-receipt in-store purchase of P3,500 when they use their Chinabank Credit
card for payment at VMV Skin Prescriptives Marketing Inc. + VMV Skin-Specialist Boutiques.
4. Cardholders are entitled to avail the 15% OFF on Skintificate Facials when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Skin Prescriptives Marketing, Inc.
+ VMV Skin- Specialist Boutiques.
5. Promo is valid at the following:
• VMV Skin-Specialist Boutiques: Alabang Town Center, BF Homes, Estancia Mall, Makati, SM Megamall, Trinoma, Sta. Rosa.
• VMV Skin Research Centre + Clinics (Branch Address is at 117 C. Palanca Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City).
6. The offer is not applicable to Armada line and Know It Oil items.
7. The offer is valid on straight payment transactions only.
8. The promo is not valid for online purchases.
9. The Promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts,
promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under
the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on the promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or
the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
12. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of product/services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and
Skin Prescriptives Marketing, Inc. (VMV Skin-Specialist Boutiques).
13. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
14. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
15. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
