PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The Promo Period is from February 25 to June 30, 2025.
•Booking Period is from February 25 to June 30, 2025.
•Stay Period is from February 25 to July 7, 2025
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy an Overnight Stay at a Deluxe Room inclusive of Breakfast for Two (2) for only Php9,700 nett or access for Two (2) at Residence Club Deluxe Room for only Php11,200 at New World Makati Hotel when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment.
4. Advance reservation is required via call or e-mail. The Cardholder must confirm with New World Makati Hotel that the guest/s will avail of the discount/privilege. For reservations and inquiries, contact:

5. To avail of the offer, the Cardholder must present and use his/her qualified Chinabank Credit Card for the booking. Guest must present a valid ID upon check-in.
6. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer must be settled at the property with the Cardholder’s Chinabank Credit Card.
7. The offer is non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
8. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates,
and conference/group bookings.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the
discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
10. The standard room cancellation policy of New World Makati Hotel shall apply.
11. The general hotel terms and conditions of New World Makati Hotel shall apply.
12. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
13. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and New World Makati Hotel.
14. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
15. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
