Special deals and discounts at Art Monster

PROMO MECHANICS

 
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from February 15, 2025 to May 15, 2025.
3. Blackout dates apply during Special Non-working Holidays and Regular Holidays.
4. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.
- P300 OFF for a minimum single receipt spend of P2,500.
- P200 OFF for a minimum single receipt spend of P2,000.
- Free 1 gift box for a minimum single receipt spend of P500.
5. Promos are not applicable for stacking. Limited to 2 redemptions per card user, per day.
6. To avail, a qualified Chinabank credit card must be used for payment. The discount will only be applied to the bill of the Chinabank cardholder. One card per availment.
7. Promo can be availed at the following branches of Art Monster:
LGF, Building B, SM Megamall
UGF, Building B, New Wing, SM Bicutan
UGF, Walkway, SM Fairview
8. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
10. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account
11. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
12. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
