PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
• Promo is valid from April 1 to May 31, 2025. Redemption is until July 30, 2025 (60 days from end of promo period).
2. Cardholders are entitled to get a FREE OPPO Enco Buds 2 (worth P1,499.00) for 24-month 0% installment transaction for the following participating OPPO models.
3. Promo Offer is available at the following stores/outlets:

• Gaming Grounds
4. Promo Offer is not convertible to cash or another item and cannot be combined with other similar promotions of Chinabank.
5. The Cardholder is entitled to claim only one (1) free item for every qualified charge slip, whether in this promo or any concurrently running similar instant treat promo of Chinabank.
6. Splitting of transaction shall be deemed fraudulent and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a retail or merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward, incentive, or premium. Split transactions is presumed when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product or service, and/or the interval of these transactions were made within 5 to 10 minutes.
7. Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the free item claimed to the Cardholder’s account in the following cases:
• Multiple, invalid, or fraudulent redemptions
• Qualified transaction/s used to redeem were subsequently filed under dispute by the Cardholder or were reversed
• Cardholder is subsequently proven to have violated any of the Promo terms and conditions

9. In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank’s decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
