1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.

3. Cardholders are entitled to the offer below when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment:

5. How to avail:
•Visit the chosen brand website.
•Choose a meal plan or product. Make sure to meet the indicated minimum spend requirement.
•Enter start date/date of delivery. Then click, “Checkout”.
•Input required personal details.
•Under “Payment”, choose “Secure payments via Paymongo”
•Under “Discount Code or Gift Card”, use promo code: CBCDEALSONLINE and CBCDEALSONLINE20 for 20% OFF on any 6-month Therapeutic Meal Plan at Eat's Life Manila.
•Click “Pay Now”
6. Other Terms and Conditions:
•Promo is valid for new and existing users.
•Promo code can be used multiple times within the promo period.
•A Chinabank credit card must be used for payment.
•Free one-day free meal extension includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner, & snack. Additional delivery fees will be shouldered by the cardholder.
•Delivery charge starts at P70/day within Metro Manila multiplied by the no. of days of the chosen meal plan. Free delivery for Therapeutic Meal Plans.
•Delivery charges are not included in the computation of the minimum spend requirement.
•Meal plans may start any day from Monday to Sunday, order cut-off is 12nn. for next day delivery. All meals are delivered fresh daily between 5:00pm – 9:00 pm.
7. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
9. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
10. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
