Promo Mechanics

  1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.​
  2. Promo Period is from November 15 to December 10, 2024. Redemption period is from November 15, 2024 to February 7, 2025.​
  3. Promo is available at the following WalterMart Supermarket branches: Silang, Altaraza SJDM, Antipolo ,Bacoor,  Balanga, Balayan, Baliwag, Batangas, Bicutan, Cabanatuan, Cabuyao, Caloocan Candelaria, Carmona, Capas, Concepcion, Dasmariñas, E. Rodriguez Sr., Gapan, Gen. Trias, Guiguinto, Imus, Los Baños, Makati, Makiling, Malolos, Nasugbu, North EDSA, Plaridel, Paniqui, San Fernando, San Jose, Subic, Sucat, Sta. Cruz, Sta. Maria, Sta. Rosa, Sta. Rosa Bel-Air, Tagaytay, Talavera, Tanauan, Taytay, The Junction, Novaliches, Trece Martires, Visayas Avenue, WMall Pasay, WMall Muntinlupa, San Pascual and through the WalterMart Delivery app or website www.waltermartdelivery.com.ph.
  4. A Cardholder is entitled to avail of FREE CDO Holiday Ham 1kg for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P7,000 with P1,000 worth of participating items (see Annex I) using his/her Chinabank Credit Card.​
  5. To redeem the premium item for in-store purchases, a Cardholder must present the following at WalterMart Customer Service:
    • Original receipt from WalterMart Supermarket (with minimum single-receipt purchase of P7,000 with P1,000 worth of participating items).
    • Last 4 digit of the card number indicated in the Original receipt must matches the Chinabank Credit Card number of the Card presented​
    • Transaction date must be within the promo period​
    • Actual Card used must not be expired​
  6. To redeem the premium item for WalterMart Delivery website and app purchases:​
    • All orders must be placed through the WalterMart Delivery website www.waltermartdelivery.com.ph or WalterMart Delivery app.
    • To avail of the promo, cardholder must purchase a total minimum order of P7,000 with P1,000 worth of participating items using his/her  Chinabank Credit Card and must enter the promo code WMFREEHAM  upon checkout. The qualified items will have a special tag on the online store.​
    • The promo is valid for all online orders for delivery within Makati, North Edsa, Wmall, Sucat, Taytay, Dasmariñas, San Fernando, Tagaytay, Tanauan, Gen Trias, Sta Maria, Cabuyao, Gapan, Carmona, Bicutan, Sta Rosa, Malolos, Visayas Ave., Cabanatuan, Nasugbu, Balayan, Balanga, E.Rod, Antipolo, Imus, Batangas, Bacoor, Plaridel, Ortigas Hub and Madison Hub.​
    • The promo code can only be used once per user account/day only.​
    • The promo cannot be exchanged for items or discount privilege, and cannot be availed in conjunction with other WalterMart delivery promotions.​
    • For orders paid online, WalterMart Delivery Head Office shall verify payment status and card used. The premium item will be delivered together with the grocery items only if payment is successful using a qualified card.​
    • For Credit or Debit Card payment upon delivery, the rider has to check if the card used is qualified for the promo and collect charge slip before release of the premium item to the Cardholder.​
  7. A Cardholder can redeem the free premium item only at WalterMart Supermarket branch where the transaction was made.
  8. Only one (1) redemption per qualified charge slip/transaction slip per customer per day is allowed.​
  9. Splitting into smaller transactions to avail of multiple free items is not allowed. Customer will only be allowed to redeem one (1) approved transaction per day.​
  10. Multiple credit cards under the same name is not allowed.
  11. Redemption is valid 60 days from the promo period.​
  12. Cardholders cannot exchange the premium item once availed. The FREE CDO Holiday Ham 1kg cannot be exchanged for cash, other product, or discount.​
  13. Promo is not valid for wholesalers and corporate transactions. Customer who are requesting for Sales Invoice are considered corporate transaction while 3 items below with minimum of 10 quantities are considered wholesale transaction.​
  14. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other on-going promos of WalterMart Supermarket and Chinabank.​
  15. All Card transactions are subject to bank approval.​
  16. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the offer and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the offer to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.​
  17. Any dispute concerning the services related to the promo offers shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and WalterMart Supermarket.​
  18. The offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items or used in conjunction with other promotional offers of WalterMart Supermarket.​
  19. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Disabled Person, whichever is higher.​
  20. In case of disputes related to the Promo, the decision of Chinabank and WalterMart Supermarket with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.​
  21. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the Promo Mechanics.​

*Good Credit Standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.​
