PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The offer is available from August 29 to 31, 2025.
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers using qualified Chinabank Credit Cards during the promo period in participating SM Store branches.
• Up to 50% OFF on select items
• 10% OFF on regular-priced items for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000
• EXTRA 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000 (straight) or P10,000 (installment). Maximum discount of P3,000 per qualified transaction.
4. Minimum spend requirement refers to NET of all SM discounts.
5. Offer is applicable to in-store and Personal Shopper (in-store pick-up) transactions.
6. The Promo runs in all SM Store branches EXCEPT on the following:

7. To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his/her Chinabank Credit Card for payment at SM Store.
8. Chinabank’s Merchant Installment Terms and Conditions shall apply. For details, visit the Chinabank website and go to the Installment Programs page.
9. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift certificates, or any other products in kind.
10. The Terms and Conditions of SM Store shall apply.
11. Terms and conditions governing issuance and use of the Chinabank Credit Card are incorporated herein by reference and shall form an integral part thereof.
12. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and SM Store.
13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and SM Store with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Installment Program.

*Good Credit Standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
