I. Qualifications

II. Program Details
Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their CBC Credit or Debit Card for payment on the Shopee App:
• Promo: Shopee 6.6 Sigurado sa Shopee Mall
• Promo Offer: P500 OFF for a minimum spend of P4,000 via Shopee mobile app
• Promo Duration: June 1 to 7, 2025
• Promo Code: CHINABANK66
• Validity: 1x use
III. How to Avail of the Promotional Offer
1. Shop using the Shopee mobile app.
2. Select the items you wish to purchase and click “BUY NOW”.
3. To proceed with checkout, enter your delivery address and shipping option.
4. Click your preloaded voucher (check your voucher wallet) or enter voucher code “CHINABANK66” upon checkout.
5. Click “Select payment method” and choose “Credit / Debit Card” as option.
6. Select or add your participating Chinabank credit or debit card and click “Confirm”.
7. Promo discount will be automatically applied to your purchase upon checkout.
IV. Terms & Conditions
1. CHINABANK66 promo discount is P500 off, with a min. spend of P4000.
2. Qualified Chinabank Cardholders are entitled to avail of the promo discount from Shopee within the applicable promo period.
3. Promo discount is valid for eligible Shopee users during the promo duration.
4. Promo discount is for one-time use only from Jun 1-7.
5. Promo discount cannot be reapplied after a qualified order has been canceled by the cardholder unless the reason for cancellation is deemed valid upon investigation.
(e.g. delay in receipt of OTP)
6. Promo discount is valid for new and existing Shopee registered customers.
7. Promo discount cannot be applied retroactively.
8. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
9. Promo discount is valid site-wide excluding products under the “Loads, Bills, and eServices” category.
10. Promo discount is valid on orders to be delivered via integrated couriers.
11. By joining this promo, the user confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
12. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit or Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
13. Chinabank reserves the right to charge the amount of the promo offer to the account of the Cardholder should:
a. The transaction that qualified the Cardholder to the discount be subsequently filed under dispute by the Cardholder, reversed, or found to be fraudulent or invalid.
b. The Cardholder violates any of the terms and conditions of the promo and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit or Debit Card.
14. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of product/services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Shopee.
15. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
16. Shopee reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
17. Shopee reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions with prior approval of DTI.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Cards.
