3. Cardholders are entitled to 20% OFF on regular priced items from participating brands and stores when they use their Chinabank Credit or Debit Card for payment.

4. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit or Debit Card to pay their total bill to avail of the offer/s.

8. The promo is valid for straight transactions only.

9. The offer/s is non-transferable and are not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.

10. The offer/s is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.

11. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit and Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.

12. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder

      and Wizer Industries Inc.

13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.

14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
