PROMO MECHANICS​

  1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards, and Freedom Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.​----------
  2. Chinabank Destinations World, Chinabank Destinations World Dollar, Chinabank Destinations Platinum, and Prime, and Velvet Visa Signature Cardholders are excluded from the promo.------------
  3. The Promo is valid from November 4 to 29, 2024, from Mondays to Fridays.------------
  4. Cardholders are entitled to a 50% discount on their Total Dine-In and Take-Out Food Bill when they use their Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards, and Freedom Credit Card for payment at Choi Garden, subject to the following conditions:
    • Offer is available for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday only at Choi Garden Seafood & Sharksfin Restaurant – Annapolis Branch and Promenade Branch.
      • Lunch: from 10:30am to 2:00pm and
      • Dinner: from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.
    • Discount will only be applicable to Total Food Bill (excluding Drinks, Beverages, Service Charge and 5% Take-out Packaging Fee) per single-receipt transaction.​
    • Minimum total food bill of Php5,000 is required to be eligible for the discount.​
    • Maximum Discount that can be availed by a Cardholder is Php5,000 or a maximum total  food bill of Php10,000.​
    • Discount applies to one cardholder, per table, per visit only.​
    • Cardholders are allowed to avail the promo twice per day (1 lunch and 1 dinner).
    • Poon Choi and Alaskan Crab are excluded from the promo.​
    • Promo is available on all special and legal holidays.​
    • Discount offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items or used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts including, but not limited to, Senior Citizen Discounts.​
  5. Advance reservation is required by calling the specific Choi Garden branch.​

  6. Cardholders must present and use his/her Chinabank Credit Card to pay for his/her total food bill.​
  7. The promo is not applicable for set menus, banquet sales, parties, and private functions.​
  8. Splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.​
  9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Disabled Person, whichever is higher.
  10. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.​
  11. In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.​
  12. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.​

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.​
