PROMO MECHANICS
I. Qualifications
The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Card Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
II. Promo Details:

2. Cardholders are entitled to the offer below when they use their Chinabank Credit for payment at Photobook:




III. How to Avail
1. Download the Photobook App.
2. Select the desired product and template.
3. Register or log in to your Photobook account.
4. Design items based on preference.
5. Checkout and apply the corresponding promo code.
6. Enter your billing and delivery address and delivery option.
7. Enter your Chinabank Credit Card details on the payment information to complete the transaction.
8. You will receive the order number via your e-mail address.
IV. Terms and Conditions
1. To qualify for the promo offer, the Cardholder must use his/her Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Photobook.
2. Offer is valid only on the Photobook App.
3. Paper and material upgrades, accessories or additional pages are not included
4. Free shipping. Delivery only within the Philippines only.
5. Self-pick up is not available. Combined shipping option is not permitted.
6. The promo offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing offers and promotions of Photobook.
7. The promo offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift certificates, or other products.
8. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
9. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of product/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Photobook.
10. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
11. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
12. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
