PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. The promo period is from April 1 – September 1, 2025.
• Booking period is from April 1 – September 1, 2025.
• Stay period is from April 1 – September 15, 2025
3. Cardholders are entitled to pay only P5,000/night (50%OFF) for a Deluxe room at Paradise Garden Resort Hotel Boracay when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.
• Inclusions:
• Overnight accommodation in a Deluxe Room (Single/Twin)
• Breakfast for two (2) persons
• Plus, enjoy either one of these two freebies:
• Option 1: one (1) way airport transfer for two (2) persons inclusive of van & boat service, environmental and terminal fees, and access to our Welcome Center
• Option 2: One-time ride-on buffet lunch for two (2) persons at Sunset View Restobar-Beachfront
• Terms and Conditions:
• Direct bookings only. Promo is NOT valid for online bookings.
• Extra Person rate: P2, 500/person/night with breakfast
• Child Policy:
• Age 0-5: FREE (sharing bed and breakfast.
• Age 6-11: P595/child/night with breakfast
• Age 12+: P2,500/person/night with breakfast.
• Rebooking Policy: Rebooking is accepted within the stated travel validity for this promotion. Guests may change their reservation dates as long as the new dates fall within the promotional period and are subject to room availability.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations resulting from fortuitous events, force majeure, or government restrictions may be rescheduled but will not be eligible for a refund. The following cancellation fees will apply:
• 15 days prior to check-in date: 50% of the total room charges will be retained.
• 30 days prior to check-in date: 100% of the total room charges will be retained
• Promo can be availed at: Paradise Garden Resort Hotel and Convention Center Boracay at Manggayad, Manoc-Manoc, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan.
4. How to avail
• To book, Cardholder must email Paradise Garden Resort Hotel Boracay at sales@paradisegarden-boracay.ph or boracaycentralreservation@paradisegarden-boracay.ph or call (02) 8634 3582 to
83 within the promo period with the following information: travel dates, number of rooms, names, and age of guests, first 6-digits of Chinabank credit card number. Please use the
following format for the subject line: Paradise Garden Resort Hotel BoracayxChinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Paradise Garden Resort Hotel Boracay x Chinabank/ Juan de la Cruz).
• Paradise Garden Resort Hotel Boracay to check availability and send a quotation of the final discounted rates to Cardholder based on their requirements.
• For payment, Paradise Garden Resort Hotel Boracay will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail.
• A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
• Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking.
• Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
• Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in to avail of the promo offer.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items,
unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/
Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of
his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
