PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all CBC Velvet Visa Signature Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
5. Promo is valid daily (no blackout dates) at all branches during shop hours.
6. Reservation is required.
7. The promo offer is not convertible to other items such as, but not limited to, cash or gift certificates.
8. The promo is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts and promotions unless specified.
9. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of China Bank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
10. Splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Only 1 card per branch per day is allowed.
11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided
under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
12. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and
conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
13. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of product/services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Karada.
14. In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
15. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
