PROMO MECHANICS

 

 

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The Promo Period is from February 25 to June 30, 2025.
3. The offer is not available during the establishment’s blackout dates. Blackout dates: April 20; May 11; June 15.
4. Cardholders are entitled to 40% OFF on Lunch and Dinner Buffet at Café 1228, New World Makati Hotel when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment.
 
 
5. The offer is valid for a minimum of two (2) and maximum of twenty (20) diners.
6. The discount will only apply to the total bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and other applicable charges unless specified otherwise.
7. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit Card to pay for their total bill in a single receipt transaction to avail of the offer.
8. Prior reservation is required.

10. The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings, or discount privileges.
11. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
14. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of product/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Café 1228, New World Makati Hotel.
15. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
16. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
