PROMO MECHANICS
I. Qualifications
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The Promo is open to new and existing customers of Boozy.
II. Promo Details:
1. The Promo Period is from December 20, 2024 to February 28, 2025.
2. Cardholders are entitled to the offer below:
- Promo Offer: P350 OFF on regular-priced items at Boozy.ph
- Availment/Spend Conditions: Minimum spend of 3,500
- Promo Code: BOOZYCBC350 (valid for multiple use)
III. How to Avail of the Offer
2. Select the item/s you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart”.
3. Select your preferred delivery option.
4. Review the items in the cart. The total amount must be at least P3,500, then click on ”Check Out”.
5. At the Check Out page, log in or check out as guest and enter the code “BOOZYCBC350” in the space provided to avail of the discount.
6. Select “Credit Card” as your payment option and input your Chinabank Credit Card details to complete the transaction.
IV. Terms and Conditions
1. To qualify for the promo offer, the Cardholder must use his/her Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Boozy.
2. The promo offer is valid for new and existing customers of Boozy.
3. The promo code can be used multiple times during the entire promo period.
4. The promo offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift certificates, or other products
5. The promo offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, offers, packages, privileges, and other government-mandated discounts unless specified.
6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
7. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of product/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Boozy.
8. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, China Bank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
9. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
