PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing* and Chinabank Debit Cardholders whose
accounts are active and with sufficient balance.
2. The Promo Period is from May 31 to August 31, 2025

3. Cardholders are entitled to 10% Off for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P1,499 worth of regular-priced Havaianas pairs at Havaianas and All Flipflop when
they use their Chinabank Credit or Debit Card for payment.
4. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit or Debit Card to pay for their total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail of the offer/s.
5. The offer is valid at participating Havaianas and All Flipflops stores nationwide.
6. The offer is valid for all regular-priced Havaianas pairs.
7. The offer applies to select styles only and excluding core items, new releases and products already on rolling markdowns.
8. The offer/s is non-transferable and are not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
9. The offer/s is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the
discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
11. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit and Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
12. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the
Cardholder and Havaianas and All Flipflops.
13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
