PROMO MECHANICS
- The Promo is open to all Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards, and Freedom Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
- Chinabank Corporate Card, Chinabank Destinations World, Chinabank Destinations World USD, Chinabank Destinations Platinum, and Prime Cardholders are excluded from promo.
- The Promo is valid from August 16 to September 16, 2024, from Mondays to Fridays (excluding government declared holidays and special holidays.
- Cardholders are entitled to a 50% discount on their Total Food Bill when they use their Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards, and Freedom Credit Card (‘Credit Card”) for payment at XIÙ Fine Cantonese Dining, subject to the following conditions:
- Offer is available for lunch (11:30 AM to 2:30 PM) or dinner (6:00 PM to 10:00 PM) from Mondays to Fridays (excluding government declared and special holidays).
- Offer is available for dine-in transactions only.
- Original menu prices are subject to applicable government taxes including VAT and 10% dine-in service charge.
- Discount will only be applicable to Total Food Bill (excluding Drinks, Service Charge, and all applicable government taxes including VAT) per single-receipt transaction.
- Drinks, Service Charge, and all applicable government taxes including VAT will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
- Minimum total food bill of P5,000 (excluding Drinks, Service Charge, and all applicable government taxes including VAT) is required to be eligible for the discount.
- Maximum Discount that can be availed by a Cardholder is P5,000 or a maximum total food bill of P10,000 (excluding Drinks, Service Charge, and all applicable government taxes including VAT).
- Discount can only be availed once per Credit Card, per table, per day.
- Promo Offer is only available for A la Carte Orders only. The 50% discount will not be applicable to Dimsum, Regular Set Menus, In-house Special Sets, and Beverages.
- Discount offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items or used in conjunction with other discounts or other promotional offers of XIÙ Fine Cantonese Dining.
- Advance reservation is required. Please call (02) 865-07-189 / 865-08-428 / 0947-707-0228. Intent to avail of the promo must be mentioned upon reservation.
- A reservation fee of P2,000 per table will be required and may be paid in cash or through bank transfer. The fee will be refunded in full upon dining. However, in the event that the cardholder fails to arrive without prior notice at least 72 hours before the scheduled reservation, the reservation fee paid shall not be refunded to the Cardholder and shall be forfeited in favor of at XIÙ Fine Cantonese Dining.
- Cardholders must present and use his/her Chinabank Credit Card to pay for his/her total food bill.
- The promo is not applicable for set menus, banquet sales, parties, and private functions.
- Splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Only 1 card per table per day is allowed.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
- In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
- In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
