PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good­­ credit standing*.
   
   
2. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they shop at the Watsons Nationwide Sale:
   • Up to 50% OFF and Buy 1, Take 1 on participating products.
   • 10% OFF member exclusive sale for a minimum spend of P1,000.
     
     
3. Promo period is from May 14 to 19, 2024.
   
   
4. Promo is available at Watsons stores nationwide and via Watsons online store.
   
   
5. Prescription medicine and milk products are excluded from the promo.
   
   
6. The minimum purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts.
   
   
7. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts such as Senior Citizen and PWD discounts.
   
   
8. The offers are not transferrable and cannot be converted to other items such as, but not limited to, cash or gift certificates.
   
   
9. Any dispute concerning the product/services related to the promo offers shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Watsons.
   
   
10. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the Promo Mechanics.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
