PROMO MECHANICS
- The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Card Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
- The Promo Period is until December 31, 2024.
- Blackout dates apply: Legal and Special holidays, long weekends, and special/ exclusive events.
- Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at The Nostalgia Lounge & Bar, Joy-Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila – Managed by Accor:
- 40% OFF on Breakfast Buffet (Mondays to Sundays) and Lunch Buffet (Mondays to Fridays).
- 30% OFF on A la Carte menu for a minimum spend of P4,000 and a maximum spend of P10,000 (or a maximum discount of P3,000). Valid for Dinner (Mondays to Sundays) and Lunch (Saturdays to Sundays).
- Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit Card to pay for their total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail of the offer/s.
- Beverages are excluded in both offers.
- The Buffet Offer is valid for a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 diners
- The Buffet Offer is valid for dine-in transactions only.
- The A la Carte offer is valid for dine-in and to-go transactions.
- The offers are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
- The offers are non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
- Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and The Nostalgia Bar & Lounge.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
