PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.

  2. Promo period is from June 1 to October 15, 2024.
    • Booking period is from June 1 to October 15, 2024.
    • Stay period is from June 1 to October 31, 2024.
    • Blackout Dates: August 24 and 25, 2024.

  3. Cardholders are entitled to avail the following offer/s at The Lake Hotel Tagaytay when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.
    • 40% OFF on Published Room Rates from Sunday to Thursday.
    • 30% OFF on Published Room Rates from Friday to Saturday.
    • 10% OFF on ala carte dine-in at Al Dente by The Lake
       
  4. Advance reservation is required by calling and confirming with The Lake Hotel Tagaytay at (02) 8584-4470 / (0917) 593-9431 or e-mail at reservations@lakehoteltagaytay.com and confirming that the Cardholder will avail of the Chinabank’s exclusive discount/privileges.

  5. The offer is only applicable for direct bookings and for individual bookings and not valid for corporate rates, contracted rates, and conference/group bookings.

  6. Cardholder must present his/her Chinabank Credit Card and a valid ID upon check-in and must use his/her Chinabank Credit Card for payment. 

  7. The offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or other items or used in conjunction with other promotional offers and packages of The Lake Hotel Tagaytay or discount cards.

  8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

  9. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the offers and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the offer availed to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.

  10. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.

  11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
