0% interest up to 24 months at SM Gadgets in SM Store

PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.

  2. The Promo is valid from July 15 to October 15, 2024. 

  3. Cardholders are entitled to avail the 0% interest on select items at SM Gadgets in SM Store branches subject to minimum spend requirement.


  4. To qualify of the offer, the Cardholder must use his/her Chinabank Credit Card for payment at SM Store.

  5. The Promo is applicable to select items inside SM Gadgets in SM Store branches except SM Aura, SM General Santos, SM San Fernando, SM Megacenter, SM Quiapo, and SM Valenzuela.

  6. Offer is applicable for in-store and Personal Shopper, with card – present transactions.

  7. Chinabank’s Merchant Installment Terms and Conditions shall apply. For details, visit the Chinabank website and go to the Installment Programs page.

  8. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift certificates, or any other products in kind.

  9. The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, privileges, PWD discount, and other government-mandated discounts unless specified.

  10. The Terms and Conditions of SM Store shall apply.

  11. Terms and conditions governing issuance and use of the Chinabank Credit Card are incorporated herein by reference and shall form an integral part thereof.

  12. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and SM Store.

  13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and SM Store with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

  14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Installment Program.

*Good Credit Standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
