PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The Promo is also open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

  2. Promo period is from June 1 to 30, 2024.

  3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers at SM Appliance Center:
    • Up to 50% OFF on select items (valid on straight transactions)
    • Up to 40% OFF on 0% Installment transactions up to 12 months (valid in physical branches)

  4. Chinabank’s Merchant Installment Terms and Conditions shall apply.

  5. The offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or other items, or used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, and coupons of SM Appliance Center unless specified.

  6. Any dispute concerning the product/services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and SM Appliance Center.

  7. In case of disputes related to the Promo, the decision of SM Appliance Center with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

  8. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
