PROMO MECHANICS
- The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
- The promo period is from July 20 to September 30, 2024 (excluding government-declared holidays, special holidays, or blocked off dates for private events.)
- Cardholders are entitled to avail the promo offer when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Seven Plates (Branch Address is at P. Guevarra, cor. Recto, San Juan, Philippines).

- Discount is based on total bill, net single-receipt transaction. Service charge, VAT, and other applicable government taxes will not be included in the discount computation and shall be shouldered by the cardholder.
- Promo is applicable for dine-in transactions only.
- Advance reservation is required. Intent to avail of the promo must be mentioned upon reservation. Please contact +63967 259 4098

- The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
- In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
