PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period is from June 1 to September 15, 2024.

  • Booking period is from June 1 to September 15, 2024.
  • Stay period is from June 1 to October 31, 2024.
  • No blackout dates.

3. Cardholders are entitled to get up to 39% OFF on published room rates at Seda Lio in El Nido, Palawan when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.

Inclusions: (for 2 pax)

  • Overnight accommodation with daily breakfast for two persons
  • Roundtrip airport transfers (Lio Airport - Seda Lio - Lio Airport)
  • Use of pool, gym, game room, and children’s playroom
  • Wi-Fi acces

Other Terms and Conditions

  • Direct bookings only. Promo is NOT valid for online bookings. Rates are per night per room, for indicated no. of pax per room, extra person rate applies in excess thereof.
  • Rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charge.
  • Promo is valid on any dates and subject to room availability.
  • Maximum of 2 adults & 2 children, OR 3 adults & 1 child per room.
  • Third Person and/or Child Rate: (inclusive of buffet breakfast and airport transfers)
  • Below 6 years old – FREE
  • 7 to 12 years old – PhP 1,250/night
  • Extra Person aged 13 and above – PhP 2,500/night
  • Rebooking: Rebooking is allowed within the promo period. However, cancellation and refund are not permitted at any time. No Shows will be fully charged.                            
  • Cancellation: This booking can be modified or canceled without charges up to 22 days.
  • 8-21 days before arrival or check-in date – One-night charge
  • 7 days or less before check-in date – Full stay charge
  • No Show or Shortened Stay – Full Charge/Forfeited
  • A Chinabank cardholder can only book a maximum of 5 room bookings at a time.      
  • Promo can be availed at: Seda Lio, Lio Tourism Estate, El Nido, Palawan.

4. How to avail:

  • To book, a Chinabank Cardholder must contact Seda Lio via email reservations.lio@sedahotels.com or call 0917 818 1929 within the promo period with the following information: travel dates, type of room, number of rooms, names and ages of guests, first 6-digits or last 4-digits of Chinabank credit card number.
  • Seda Lio will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 24-48 hours upon booking.
  • In case the dates preferred by the Cardholder are unavailable, Seda Lio shall advise the next available dates.
  • For payment, Seda Lio will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
  • Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking/voucher purchase.
  • Room reservation confirmation voucher will be sent to Cardholder through e-mail once payment is finalized.
  • Cardholder must present the Chinabank card used and one (1) valid ID upon check in.

5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.

7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.

8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.

9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
