PROMO MECHANICS
- The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
- The Promo Period is from October 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
- Cardholders are entitled to 15% OFF on all footwear with minimum single-receipt purchase of P2,000 at Payless when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment.
- To avail of the offer, Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit Card to pay for their transaction.
- The offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, other items, gift certificates or used in conjunction with other promotional offers of Payless.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
- Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Payless.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and Payless with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
