TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Promo is open to all China Bank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
- The Promo is available from June 5-16, 2024.
- Cardholders are entitled to enjoy 0% installment for up to 24 months when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at any La-Z-Boy Galleries and Blims showrooms nationwide.
- Offer is exclusive on Mancave models only with minimum single receipt purchase required (please see Annex A for the list of items).
- The promo is not valid in conjunction with any other promos.
- Chinabank’s Merchant Installment Terms and Conditions shall apply.
- All decisions made by the Bank or the Merchant regarding this offer are considered final.
- Terms and conditions governing issuance and use of the Chinabank Credit Card are incorporated herein by reference and shall form an integral part thereof.
- In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank and Merchant Partner's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Installment Program.

In compliance with BSP DOSRI rules, employees with rank of Assistant Manager and up are required to pay their Credit Card Statement Balance in full and are not allowed to avail of any installment facilities.
*Good Credit Standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
