PROMO MECHANICS
- The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
- The Promo Period is from May 1 to December 31, 2024.
- Cardholders are entitled to 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P1,500 and a maximum purchase of P2,500 (or a maximum discount of P250) at KuBu Restaurant + Bar when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment.
- Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit Card to pay for their total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail of the offer/s.
- The offer is valid for dine-in and take-out orders.
- The offer is valid within Cebu stores/branches only: Garden Bloc, IT Park Cebu.
- Advance reservation is required every Monday to Thursday by calling the restaurant. Intent to avail of the promo must be mentioned upon reservation. KuBu Restaurant + Bar does not accept reservations every Friday to Sunday.
- The offer can only be availed once per Credit Card, per table. Splitting of tables or splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
- The discount will only apply to the total food bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and other applicable charges unless specified otherwise.
- The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.
- The offer is non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
- Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Creative Cuisine Group.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
