PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.

2. Promo and booking period is from August 1 to November 15, 2024.

  • Stay period is from August 1 to November 28, 2024 

3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy up to 70% OFF on 2-night or 3-night stay travel packages at Kaaya Resort North Boracay when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.

Inclusions:

  • Accommodation in a fully-furnished suite with balcony (bedroom with living room) 
  • Daily Breakfast
  • Roundtrip transfers:  (Cagban – Kaaya Resort)
  • Transfers to D’ Mall in Station 2 and vice-versa
  • WIFI, Signature Kaaya Welcome Drink, Necklace, and Slippers
  • Applicable taxes and service charge

Terms and Conditions:

  • Direct bookings only. Promo is NOT valid for online bookings.
  • Promo can be availed at Kaaya Resort North Boracay, Ilig-Iligan Beach Brgy. Yapak, Boracay Island Malay Aklan.
  • Maximum of 4 room bookings per cardholder.
  • Rates are per night for indicated no. of pax per room, extra person rate applies in excess thereof. Extra Person Rate: P1,850 per person.
  • Child Policy: Free for kids aged 0-5 years old (sharing bed).
  • Rebooking Policy: Allowed within 6 months except peak dates.
  • Cancellation Policy: 50% of total room charge (25 days prior to check-in); 100% of total room charges (15 days prior to check in date). No refund will be made and payment will be forfeited in case no show.

4. How to avail:

  • To book or purchase a promo voucher, Chinabank Cardholder must send an e-mail to Kaaya Resort North Boracay at reservations@kaaya.com.ph or call 0917 522 9211 within the promo period with the following information:
    • travel dates, type of room, number of rooms, names and ages of guests 
    • first 6- digits or last 4-digits of Chinabank credit card number. 
    • Please use the following format for the subject line: Kaaya Resort North Boracay x Chinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Kaaya Resort North BoracayxChinabank/Juan de la Cruz).

  • Kaaya Resort North Boracay will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 24-48 hours upon booking.
  • For payment, Kaaya Resort North Boracay will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. 
  • A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
  • Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking/voucher purchase.
  • Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
  • Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.

5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.

7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.

8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.

9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
