FREE Grilled Pork Chop at Gumbo

PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

  2. The Promo Period is from May 15, 2024 to April 30, 2025, from Mondays to Saturdays only.

  3. Cardholders are entitled to a FREE Grilled Pork Chop worth P425 for a minimum single-receipt food purchase of P1,000 and a drink order when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Gumbo.

  4. The offer is available at Gumbo – Mega Atrium, SM Megamall. 

  5. The offer is valid from Mondays to Saturdays only.

  6. The offer is applicable for dine-in and take-out transactions. 

  7. The offer is exclusive of service charge and tax. 

  8. Cardholders must inform the restaurant staff that they will avail of the offer.

  9. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit Card to pay for their total bill to avail of the offer.

  10. The offer can only be availed once per Credit Card, per table. Splitting of bill or splitting of table is not allowed.

  11. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, or used in conjunction with other discounts and promotional offers.

  12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

  13. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.

  14. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Gumbo.

  15. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.

  16. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
