PROMO MECHANICS

I. Qualifications

The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Card Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

Travel period: May 9 to December 15, 2024

III. Terms and Conditions:

  1. To qualify for the promo offer, the Cardholder must use his/her Chinabank Credit Card for purchases of airline tickets at Emirates website at https://www.emirates.com/ph.
  2. The promo offer can be availed from May 6 to 19, 2024.
  3. Travel Period is from May 9 to December 15, 2024.
  4. The promo is also available to other Emirates online destinations not listed above. For the list of other destinations on the Emirates network, please visit Emirates website.
  5. Seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  6. All Fares are subject to change and is based on availability of flights.
  7. Flight originating from outside Philippines is not eligible for this offer.
  8. Fares are valid only on Emirates marketed and operated flights.
  9. Please refer to each fare rules details for ticket restrictions.
  10. All flight sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance.
  11. Fares are exclusive of Philippine Travel Tax, government taxes and surcharges and are subject to change due to flight restrictions, weekend surcharge and currency fluctuations.
  12. Amendment and cancellation penalties may apply for date changes/rerouting and will vary depending on destination and class of travel. Check "Fare Conditions" from an online quote to view penalties and other applicable fare conditions.
  13. The general Terms and Conditions of Emirates shall apply.
  14. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Emirates .
  15. A copy of valid passport of the passenger may be required upon request of Emirates .
  16. Qualified Cardholders shall ensure they have the appropriate documentation to depart/enter/transit their destination.
  17. The offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items or used in conjunction with other promotional offers of Emirates.
  18. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the offer and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the offer to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
  19. Any dispute concerning the services related to the promo offers shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Emirates.
  20. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the Promo Mechanics.

*Good Credit Standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
