PROMO MECHANICS

I. Qualifications

The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Card Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good­­ credit standing*.

II. Program Details

  1. The Promo Period is from July 15 to December 30, 2024.
    • Blackout dates: Thanksgiving; December 24, 25, 31, 2024; and January 1, 2025. 

  2. Cardholders entitled to the offer below when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Bytes, Lanson Place Mall of Asia
    • 20% OFF on total food bill with a maximum single-receipt spend of P5,000 net.
      • Valid on dine-in and take-out transactions.

III. How to Avail the Offer

  1. Dining reservation is highly recommended. For reservations, the guest may call +63 2 7777-0000 or send an e-mail to fb.lpmn@lansonplace.com.
  2. The Cardholder must present and use his/her Chinabank Credit Card to pay for the total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail of the offer.

IV. Terms and Conditions

Bytes, Lanson Place Mall of Asia:

  1. The offer is valid for dine-in and take-out transactions only.
  2. The offer is applicable for a maximum spend of P5,000 net per single receipt per dining venue.
  3. Splitting of table or splitting of bill for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is not allowed.

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. The offer is not valid during blackout dates.
  2. The offer is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
  3. The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
  4. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
  5. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
  6. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Lanson Place Mall of Asia.
  7. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
  8. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
