  1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
  2. Promo period is from October 15, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
    • Booking period is from October 15 to December 31, 2024.
    • Stay period is from October 15 to January 15, 2025.
  3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy 18% OFF on published room rates for a minimum 2-consecutive nights stay at Balai Adlao Hotel, El Nido, Palawan when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.

    • Inclusions:

    • Booking Terms and Conditions:
      • Minimum of two (2) nights consecutive stay is required to avail of the promo rate.
      • The promo is available for direct bookings only. Full payment is required for confirmed bookings.--
      • Rates are valid for individual reservations only. Not valid for group bookings. Cardholder can book up to eight (8) rooms per day.
      • The promo is not applicable for extensions of stay.
      • Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) kids per room only.
      • Child Policy: 11 years old & below, free as long as sharing bed with adults. Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.
  4. How to avail:
    • To book, Cardholder may call +63919 079 6768 or +63919 079 6659 or email reservations@balaiadlaohotel.com within the promo period and give the following information: travel dates, number of rooms, names, and age of guests, first 6-digits or last 4-digits of Chinabank credit card number. Please use the following format for the subject line:  Balai Adlao Hotel x Chinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Balai Adlao Hotel x Chinabank/ Juan de la Cruz).
    • Cardholder may also visit https://www.balaiadlaohotel.com/book-now
      • Select travel date and room type;
      • Input the promo code, CHINABANK and click BOOK NOW;
      • Complete Contact Reservation field then click COMPLETE RESERVATION;
    • Balai Adlao El Nido, Palawan to check availability and send a quotation of the final discounted rates to Cardholder based on their requirements.
    • Balai Adlao Reservations representative will send a payment link through email. A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
    • Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking.
    • Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
    • Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.
  5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
  6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
  8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
  9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
