- The offer is applicable on dine-in, take-out, and pickup orders only. In the event of a pickup order, the customer shall settle the transaction in-person in the store using their Chinabank Credit Card.
- Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit Card to pay for their total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail of the offer.
- The discount is not applicable to the VAT, service charges, and other prevailing local taxes, unless specified otherwise.
- Splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
- The offer is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
- The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, or corporate rates.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
- Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Baker J.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and Baker J, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
