30% OFF on Superior and Deluxe Rooms at Asia Grand View Hotel, Coron Palawan

PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.

  2. Promo period is from August 1 to November 15, 2024
    • Booking period is from August 1 to November 15, 2024 
    • Stay period is from August 1 to November 28, 2024 
    • Blackout dates: August 24 to 26; October 31 to November 3, 2024.

  3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy 30% OFF on Published Room Rates for Superior and Deluxe rooms at Asia Grand View Hotel, Coron Palawan when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.


    Inclusions:
    • Overnight accommodation (Superior/Deluxe room) and breakfast for two (2) persons
    • Applicable government taxes and service charge

    Terms and Conditions:
    • Direct bookings only. Promo is NOT valid for online bookings.
    • To confirm booking, full payment is required.  
    • Maximum occupancy: 4 pax (3th and 4th extra person rate applies)
    • Extra Person Charge: P1,708 nett/room/night inclusive of breakfast
    • Child Rate: 4-11 yrs. old: P600 nett /child (bed-sharing); 0-3 yrs.old: FREE
    • Peak Season Surcharge: P1,500 nett/room/night (Nov-Dec.)
    • Maximum no. of rooms a Chinabank cardholder can book at a time: 10 rooms
    • Reservations should be done at least 2 weeks prior to departure during regular season and 2 months in advance during peak season dates.
    • Some equipment, facilities and activities may be temporarily unavailable due to weather conditions, renovations and repair.
    • Baby cots are provided for free.
    Payment Terms: Full payment is required within thirty (30) calendar days from date of booking invoice. For last minute bookings, guest is required to pay in full upon booking.
    Check-In and Check-Out Policy Check-in: 1400Hrs; =Check-out: 1200Hrs
    Deposit Policy: One night deposit is required to secure booking.  
    No-Show Policy: No refund will be made and advance payment will be forfeited.
    Rebooking Policy: Rebooking is allowed within the stay period. Maximum of two (2) re-bookings.
    Cancellation Policy:
    • 32 or more days from check-in date: free cancellation, full refund or booking credit. All necessary fees incurred by the cancellation shall be borne by the cardholder. 
    • 31 days up to 3 days from check-in date: Cancellation charges apply as per table below:

  4. How to avail:
    • To book, Cardholder must email Asia Grand View Hotel at sales@asiagrandview.com or reservations@asiagrandview.com or call +63 915 954 9931, +63 917 550 7375, +63 918 697 9226, +63 917 550 7373 within the promo period with the following information: travel dates, type of room, number of rooms, names and ages of guests, first 6-digits or last 4-digits of Chinabank credit card number. Please use the following format for the subject line:  Asia Grand View Hotel x Chinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Asia Grand View Hotel x Chinabank/ Juan de la Cruz).
    • Asia Grand View Hotel to check availability and send a quotation of the final discounted rates to Cardholder based on their requirements.
    • For payment, Asia Grand View Hotel will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. 
    • A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
    • Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking/voucher purchase.
    • Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
    • Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.

  5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

  6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.

  7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.

  8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.

  9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing China Bank Credit Cards.
