PROMO MECHANICS
- The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
- Promo period is from September 15, 2024 to February 15, 2025.
- Booking period is from September 15, 2024 to February 15, 2025.
- Stay period is from September 15, 2024 to February 28, 2025.
- Cardholders are entitled to pay only P4,388 for an overnight stay in a Deluxe Room with breakfast for two (2) at Acacia Hotel Davao when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.
- Inclusions:
- Overnight accommodation in a Deluxe room with breakfast for two (2) persons
- Applicable government taxes and service charge
- Terms and Conditions:
- For Direct bookings only. Online reservations are not valid.Room rates are per night for 2 pax, extra person rate applies in excess thereof. Extra Person Rate: P1,875 inclusive of breakfast buffet for one and rollaway bed.
- Child Policy: Free for kids aged 0-12 years old (sharing bed). Breakfast is free of charge for kids 0-5 while 6-12 receive breakfast at half the regular rate.
- No-Show Policy: Merit a full day rate.
- Rebooking Policy: Allowed to modify 1 day(s) prior to arrival. Allowed no. of attempt(s) for rebooking: 2
- Cancellation Policy: Allowed to cancel 1 day prior to arrival.
- Check-In: 3:00pm; Check-Out: Before 11:00am
- How to avail
- To book, Cardholder must email Acacia Hotel Davao at reservations@acaciahotelsdavao.com or call 63 (82) 2988 0888 within the promo period with the following information: travel dates, number of rooms, names, and age of guests, first 6-digits or last 4-digits of Chinabank credit card number. Please use the following format for the subject line: Acacia Hotel Davao x Chinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Acacia Hotel Davao x Chinabank/ Juan de la Cruz).
- Acacia Hotel Davao to check availability and send a quotation of the final discounted rates to Cardholder based on their requirements.
- For payment, Acacia Hotel Davao will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail.
- A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
- Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking.
- Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
- Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.
- The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
- In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
