Accor Plus Explorer Membership Welcome Gift Terms and Conditions
1. The Accor Plus Explorer Membership Welcome Gift (“Offer”) is open to newly-approved Principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Chinabank Destinations World Mastercard®, Chinabank Destinations World Dollar Mastercard®, and Chinabank Destinations Platinum Mastercard® in the Philippines.
The Offer is also applicable to newly-approved Principal cardholders of the above-mentioned products who have an existing Accor Live Limitless (ALL) or Accor Plus membership account. For existing Accor Plus members, the membership availed through Chinabank shall commence once the existing membership expires.
2. Qualified Cardholders are entitled to an Accor Plus Explorer membership valid for 1 year upon meeting the spend requirement in the table below (“Spend Requirement”):

Transactions of the Supplementary Cardholder/s shall be counted as part of the Principal Cardholder’s spend.
3. Upon reaching the Spend Requirement amount within the Spend Period, the Cardholder shall receive within 20 business days a Membership Registration E-mail with a unique redemption code (“Code”) from Accor Plus.
a. The Cardholder must register at accorplus.com/ph/china-bank/ using the Code within 30 days from receipt of the Membership Registration E-mail.
b. The Cardholder will be required to input the following details on the registration page:
c. Within 2 business days from successful registration, the Cardholder will receive a Welcome E-mail from Accor Plus with instructions on how to activate his/her membership.
d. Upon successful activation, the Cardholder shall be able to download and access his/her digital Accor Plus Explorer membership card via Accor’s ALL (Accor Live Limitless) app. Cardholders may also view their membership account and dining and accommodation vouchers on https://www.accorplus.com/ph/.
4. The Membership Registration E-mail with the Code shall only be sent once by Accor Plus. Cardholders should ensure that their e-mail address on record with Chinabank is updated. Chinabank shall not be liable for a Membership Registration E-mail not received by a Cardholder due to failure of the Cardholder to update his/her e-mail address on record. Accor Plus has no obligation to resend Membership Registration E-mails to Cardholders. To update their e-mail address, Cardholders may contact Chinabank Customer Service 24/7 Hotline at +632 888-55-888 or e-mail creditcards@chinabank.ph.
5. Cardholders must redeem the Accor Plus Explorer membership using the given Code within 30 days from receipt of the Membership Registration E-mail. Neither Chinabank nor Accor Plus shall have no obligation to extend its validity in case the Cardholder fails to redeem the Code prior to its expiry.
6. Once the Code has been redeemed, it cannot be cancelled or converted to other products, cash, cash credits, or Rewards Points and cannot be availed in conjunction with similar ongoing acquisition promotions of Chinabank Credit Cards. If the Cardholder also availed the offer of another concurrent acquisition program, the cost of the lower value offer shall be charged to the Cardholder’s credit card account.
7. The Cardholder agrees to maintain his/her Chinabank Destinations Mastercard® account in good credit standing* for at least 12 months from its issue date. If at any time the Cardholder’s account is cancelled prior to the expiration of the 12-month period, the cost of the Offer (Accor Plus Explorer membership’s retail price at PHP9,800) shall be charged to the Cardholder’s Chinabank Destinations Mastercard® account.
In addition, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the Offer to the Cardholder's credit card account and disqualify the Cardholder from this and future promotions in the following cases:
a. Multiple, invalid, or fraudulent redemption
b. Qualifying transaction/s were subsequently filed under dispute by the Cardholder
c. If the Cardholder is subsequently proven to have violated any of the Accor Plus Explorer Membership Welcome Gift Terms and Conditions
8. While Chinabank has facilitated this Offer for China Bank Destinations Mastercard® cardholders, Accor Plus is the sole provider of all benefits under the Offer. Accordingly, the Cardholder understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the availment by him/her of all benefits under the Offer shall constitute a contract solely between Accor Plus and him/her, and Chinabank is not, nor will become, a party thereto.
9. Benefits under the Offer are based on information provided by Accor Plus. Any claim, complaint, or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the availment, or attempted availment by the Cardholder of any benefit under the Offer shall be settled by the Cardholder directly with Accor Plus, and the Cardholder shall not make any claim against Chinabank.
10. By availing the Offer, the Cardholder agrees to provide his/her personal information and other information that may be required, to Accor Plus and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of Accor Plus. 11. By availing the Offer, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Offer and the Accor Plus Terms and Conditions.
12. In case of dispute related to the Offer, the decision of Chinabank and Accor Plus shall be deemed final and non-negotiable.
13. The Offer is subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of Chinabank Credit Cards.

Upon receipt thereof, Chinabank shall conduct a comprehensive investigation in accordance with its established procedures and Cardholders shall be notified of its findings, if applicable, which findings shall be final and conclusive.
